Record a financial snapshot, check its coverage, and keep your own notes. You can use this notebook manually without an AI connection.
Keep your working copy private. Before adding financial values, check Share settings and any inherited workspace or teamspace access.
Before making another review, check for the same portfolio and review date. Choose whether to update the existing page or keep a separate draft. Preserve personal notes when replacing copied facts.
Manual reviews work with Notion Free. Connected reviews require an eligible Fillfolio account and access to personal Notion Agent MCP. Notion documents Business or Enterprise for this feature. Check your workspace’s current availability; the free template includes neither subscription.
Use Prompt Guide to request a bounded draft for one explicitly selected portfolio. Review the returned facts, currency and coverage, verify a private destination, then copy the result yourself. Prompts are guidance, not permission controls. Selecting one portfolio limits a request; the read permission covers the signed-in Fillfolio account.
The connection reads stored Fillfolio information. It does not refresh institutions or quotes. Saved reviews are dated copies: later Fillfolio changes do not update them, and Notion edits do not update Fillfolio. Retrieval time does not establish quote freshness. A review’s period label does not turn current balances into historical data or period returns.
AI interpretation belongs in its own labelled section. Information shared with an AI service is processed under that service's terms. Chats and saved pages may remain after disconnection.
To revoke access, open Fillfolio Settings, find the Fillfolio for Notion MCP grant, and revoke it. You can also remove the connection from Notion Settings, under Connections. Revocation stops new Fillfolio reads; it does not delete existing chats or saved reviews. Remove saved copies separately if needed.
Keep credentials, tokens, and full account numbers out of these pages. Use only clearly labelled synthetic records in a template intended for public sharing.
